Auto take from the camera REC trigger

At the time of 26 pin connection, the auto take of VSE-500 can be done with the camera REC trigger.

It realizes switching by the will of the cameraman.

Tally out and the return video

It is supporting Tally out and the return video out which utilized an advantage with 26 pin connections. It is very useful function when the cameraman wants to know which picture of the camera is used. It was realized first time as a live switcher.

All the channels become able to be confirmed at once by connecting two LVM-530. Mounting hardware is bundled as the attachment when buying two LVM-530. Carrying case SC-500 can be stored just as it is even if it connects two.

The auto take mode makes the operation of

2 cameras, 3cameras by one person possible

By using REC switch like pen type auto takes switch AR-53, PROTEC zoom lens remote control AS-520 and Libec zoom lens handle PH-9 and so on available separately, the auto take can be done. Also, when it is connected by the 26 pin camera cable, it realized auto take with the trigger of REC of the camera side. By this function, even when camera crew is arranged sufficiently, each cameraman can switch a best shot to the main line, and the new recording method can be looked forward too.

It prepared the equal to or less than 25 m, equal to or less than 50 m, equal to or less than 100 m cable compensation changeover switch by 3 modes. The degradation of the video signal by the length of the cable can be made up with this function. It is supporting either of 26 pin connections, the BNC connection.

Intercom built-in

By the built-in Intercom station function, Intercom system can be easily built. Direct connection of 5 sets FD-300A of wired type intercom is possible.

It realized communication with Sony camera in 26 pin connection.

It supports all-in-one recording powerfully.

It is possible to mount VSE-500 and hyper limiter unit FS-206 at the same time by using the rack mount hardware fittings HS-RA70 of the option. 3-set LCD monitor LVM-530 and AC power plate AC-530 can be mounted at the same time by fixing on carrying case SC-500 and it is possible to do the carrying-in, the carrying-out of machines at short time.

It is equipped with 3 sets of 26-pin camera connectors.

The recording is possible with maximum merit of 26-pin connecting. It makes the work and the facilities such as connecting cables which was taking much time a minimum and it makes a setting at short time possible.

It demanded more high-quality picture and the simple operability.

It suppressed the degradation of the video quality to the minimum in utilizing the merit of the analog switcher to the full and adopting a gen-lock method. Also, simple switching with 2 types to seem to be necessary for the field operation, only overlap and direct-cut. Direct-cut does not generate the disorder of the picture even if it changes it by the same bus and can switch over beautifully.

The gen-lock adopts 2 types of the method of adjusting synchronization based on the video signal of 1 camera and the method of inputting synchronization signal from outside.

Also, it made Tally display which used BNC connection by the use of TU-500 and TU-10 of the option possible. If 26 pin connection is not used, the recording which used Tally becomes possible.

As for the preview out picture, when A bus is a main line, the picture of B bus is output, and when B bus is a main line, the picture of A bus is output. It is possible to select the bus which is not a main line by switching to next picture by direct select button when it is not mixed.

Super quick setup without the measuring equipment

It adjusts S.C.PHESE (sub-carrier) at the camera side. The output of the camera can be adjusted at color balance without using measuring equipment in adjusting S.C.PHESE of the 2nd or other camera by the wipe function.

It adjusts H.PHESE (sub-carrier) at the camera side.

Adjustment is done by seeing H.PHASE LED of VSE-500. LED changes into the green from the red, and the synchronization finished.
